System Requirements

  • Platform: Optimized for iOS devices, compatible with iPhone and iPad.
  • System Version: iOS 15.0 or later for stable performance.
  • Network Note: No internet connection required for core measurement, conversion and local saving functions. Network is not mandatory for daily use.
  • Storage: Ensure enough local storage to guarantee normal data saving and app running.

Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting

1. The app crashes or freezes during use

  • Close background apps to free device memory and processor resources.
  • Make sure your iOS system is updated to the latest official version.
  • Restart the app or your device to clear temporary cache data.
  • Reinstall the app if problems persist. All local records will remain on your device.

2. Measurement data is inaccurate or cannot be saved

  • Complete the full multi-point marking and close the field polygon normally before calculating the area.
  • Do not exit the app during calculation to avoid data loss.
  • Check that your device has available storage space for local record saving.

3. Unit conversion result is abnormal

  • The app adopts standard agricultural conversion formulas: 1 hectare = 10000 square meters = 15 mu.
  • Re-enter the value to refresh the calculation result.
  • Restart the app if data display delays occur.

4. Cannot view or edit saved field records

  • All records are stored locally on your device. Do not clean app cache manually.
  • Enter the record list page to refresh data manually.
  • Uninstalling the app will clear all local data, please back up important records in advance.

5. Farm value estimation calculation error

  • Confirm that you have entered the correct unit price corresponding to square meter, mu or hectare.
  • Reset the unit price parameter and recalculate to get accurate estimated land value.
