Frequently Asked Questions

Audio stutters or playback is abnormal Close redundant background applications to free up device memory and audio processing resources. Restart the app to reset the AVAudioEngine audio engine. If the problem persists, restart your device to fix system audio cache exceptions.
Stereo pan or volume adjustment does not take effect Confirm that the corresponding sound track is turned on. All parameter adjustments take effect in real time. Restarting the track can fix individual parameter refresh exceptions.
Sleep timer fails to work automatically Ensure the app is not manually terminated in the background. Keep the system background app refresh permission enabled. The timer function is completely offline and will not be affected by network status.
Custom presets are lost after app restart Do not forcibly close the app during preset saving. The app automatically saves all configurations locally in real time. Updating the app will not delete local preset data.
