  • Performance: For the best usage experience, please keep your device system updated to the latest official version.
  • Permissions: This app requires no network, location, photo or privacy permissions. All data is stored locally on the device.
  • Storage: Ensure your device has at least 50MB of available storage space for normal app operation and local data caching.

Frequently Asked Questions

The app crashes, freezes or fails to open
  • Close redundant background apps to free up device memory and running resources
  • Confirm that your device system version meets the minimum requirement of iOS 15.0+
  • Restart your device to clear temporary system cache files
  • If the problem persists, reinstall the app. Local conversion records will be retained on your device
Conversion data or historical records are missing
  • Do not manually clean up app cache and local data of Nomad Rate in system settings
  • Avoid uninstalling the app without backing up data (local records cannot be recovered after uninstallation)
  • Ensure the app is not restricted by system background running permissions
Inaccurate conversion results or calculation errors
  • The app uses offline baseline rates for estimation (for daily reference only). Slight floating deviation from real-time market rates is normal
  • Re-enter the value to refresh the calculation result
  • Restart the app to fix occasional calculation cache exceptions
Currency display abnormal or symbol missing
  • Update the app to the latest version
  • Switch system light/dark mode again to refresh the global UI display
