Frequently Asked Questions

The timer is inaccurate or freezes Close redundant background applications to release device memory. Ensure sufficient device storage space and stable system operation. Restart the app or your device to fix abnormal timer cache problems. Do not forcibly close the app in the background during timing.
No reminder sound or notification pop-up Please confirm that you have enabled the notification permission of GrillMaster Temp in your device system settings. Check whether the device is in silent mode or do-not-disturb mode, and turn off system interception of app notifications.
Dynamic Island / Live Activities cannot display normally Confirm your device system is iOS 16 or above. Restart the Live Activities function by re-entering the timer task, or restart the app to refresh the real-time activity authorization status.
Will app update delete my cooking logs? Regular version updates will not clear local timer data and cooking logs. To avoid accidental data loss, it is recommended that you manually check and back up important cooking records before major version updates.
Cooking log display is abnormal All log data is stored locally in real time. Abnormal display is usually caused by system cache exceptions. You can restart the app to refresh the log list display.
Dark mode UI display error Switch the system light and dark mode again or restart the app to fix visual adaptation errors. Theme switching will not affect any local stored cooking data.
